The Analytics section is analytics for a specific bot in Chatterfy. Four tabs answer four different questions: how many leads are coming in (Chats), where they drop off in the funnel (Steps Conversion), how much it costs (Billing), and what the conversion to affiliate events is (Tracker).
This is analytics at the level of a single bot. Cross-bot analytics, campaigns, and overall company ROI are handled separately in Tracker — Overview(general ad analytics) and Dashboards — Summary Analytics.
What tasks it solves
Understand traffic volume — how many leads come in per day / week / month. Find where the funnel drops — at which flow step leads fall off. Control costs — how much AI and the bot cost to run. Assess traffic quality — what percentage of leads reach registration, FD, and repeat deposits. Understand campaign profitability by specific metrics. Compare two weeks or two periods. Spot anomalies — a sharp spike in spend or a drop in conversion.

— Tracker — conversions from a conversation to registration, FD, and RD. Dia → Reg → FD → RD metrics.

How to read the tabs in order

Read the analytics from the top of the funnel downward. If one of the bot's metrics drops, go through the tabs in this order until you find the layer where the problem is:
— 1. Chats — whether there is any traffic at all. If there are few new chats, the problem is not in the bot but in Tracker — Overviewor the ad campaign.
— 2. Steps Conversion — where leads get stuck. If a queue builds up at a specific step, the problem is there: AI responds poorly / there is no branch in Routings / Send Message did not resonate with the audience. Open the flow and check that step.
— 3. Tracker — even if leads made it through the funnel to the end, whether they convert to Reg / FD. If there is Subscribe but FD = 0, either the postback is not arriving or the audience does not have purchasing power.
— 4. Billing — how much all of this costs. The bot may be working correctly, but AI spend has grown disproportionately — a reason to change the model or optimize AI Settings.

Use cases by segment

— Arbitrage team owner: opens Tracker → sees Subscribe → FD conversion by week. If it has dropped, goes to Steps Conversion to see which step is eating up leads. At the same time, checks Billing to understand whether the cost per lead is increasing.
— Sales manager: looks at Chats to understand team workload (how many new leads per day), and Steps Conversion to find the bottleneck in the script.
— E-commerce marketer: opens Tracker to assess the quality of different campaigns → decides which landing pages to keep and which to disable.
— Financial assistant: exports Billing every week for a report to the owner — how much was spent on each bot, average conversation cost.

Where to start

It depends on the question:
I want to understand traffic overall — Chats — conversation analytics(total volume, trends).
Leads reach the bot but do not go further — Steps Conversion — funnel by flow steps(funnel).
AI is expensive, and I do not understand the costs — Billing — bot expenses.
I want to understand traffic quality — conversion to FD — Tracker Conversion — conversion from conversation to RD.
Compare two weeks — open any tab and switch the period using the calendar.

Analysis period

All four tabs support the same period filters:Today / 7 days / 14 days / 30 days / 90 days+ a custom date range via the calendar. The period is applied to charts and metrics — this is the first setting you need to check before drawing conclusions. This is especially important when comparing: “leads dropped by 30%” over a weekly range may be normal seasonality, while over a monthly range it may be a real signal.

Connection with other sections

Analytics in CRM —one bot. If you want consolidated analytics for all campaigns, all sources, all bots — Tracker — Overviewand Dashboards — Summary Analytics. CRM Analytics shows data at the level of interaction with leads. Tracker — at the traffic and partner event level. The numbers may differ: for example, Subscribe in Tracker is counted earlier than Contact (the first message to the bot). The company's total expenses (including balance and top-ups) — Billing — Company Balance and Expenses.

Frequently asked questions

Usually, 30 days gives you a picture for the month. For operational work, switch to 7 days (last week). For quarterly reporting, use 90 days or a custom range.

CRM Analytics — one bot, about working with leads. Tracker → Analytics — all campaigns, about working with traffic. Each has its own metrics and perspective. They are often used together: CRM-Tracker (in this section) — the lead's path inside one bot from dialog to FD. The overall Tracker — all campaigns, sources, ROI.

Three reasons: (a) the selected period had no activity. (b) the bot has no leads in this period. (c) the bot was connected recently and data has not had time to accumulate. Check the period first.

Analytics for operator performance inside Space (average response time, number of replies, average handling quality). Currently marked as Soon — on the roadmap. It will appear as a separate analytics section.

There is no direct chart export through the UI. If you need data for reports, use Save image on a specific chart (for steps-conversion) or take a screenshot. For tabular data, export from CSV Export — Exporting the Lead Database the relevant segments.

Probably not. These two systems have different reference points: Tracker counts Subscribe (subscribed to a channel/bot), CRM Analytics counts Contact (sent the first message). Some leads drop off between them — they subscribed but did not write. Similarly with FD: Tracker counts by postback, CRM may show a different number if the flow has Send event = FD automatically. A 10–30% discrepancy is common and normal.

CRM Analytics shows aggregates for the entire bot and does not segment by campaigns. If you need metrics at the individual campaign or source level, that is in Tracker — Overview and Dashboards — Summary Analytics. Alternatively, filter by User filtering — 11 parameters (by the Tracker Data → campaign field), review the sample, and evaluate it manually.
