With it, you can do the following in just a few seconds:
- find the leads you need
- build an audience for a broadcast
- see “inactive” users
- assign leads to managers
- export the database to CSV
- filter customers by deposits, tags, sales stages, and any other available parameters.
Simply put: Filters is search and database segmentation by any criteria.

Main difference: Filters in Users and Filters in Messenger
Filters in Messenger
Use them to:
- find a specific chat
- check a manager’s work
In other words, this is filtering for working with chats manually.
Filters in Users
They work with the entire user database.
Use them to:
- build a segment
- perform a bulk action
- launch a broadcast
- export the database
- mass assign managers
- change tags or statuses.
In other words, this is filtering for working with a group of leads at the same time.
If you need to do something with dozens or hundreds of leads at once, use Filters specifically in Users.
How to open the filter
1. Open the Users section
CRM → Users
2. Click the Filters button
It is located above the table next to Search. After you click it, the condition builder will open.
3. Add a condition via Add Condition
Each condition consists of three parts:
- parameter
- operator
- value.
For example: Status → is → Manual; Total Deposit → greater than → 100; Tags → has → VIP.
4. Click Apply
The table will update immediately. Only users matching the conditions will remain.
5. (Optional) Save the filter
If you will use this segment regularly: Save Filter → name → save. After that, the filter will appear in My Filters.
All 11 filtering parameters
1. Step
Filter by the user's current step in the flow. Example: Step is “Welcome”.

- how many users reached a specific step

2. Flow
Filter by a specific flow. Example: Flow is “Main”.
Useful if the bot has several funnels: main, support, retention, warmup, VIP-flow.
3. Tags

Very useful for segmentation.

Tracker Fields are available only if the user has access permissions.

AND and OR Logic
You can combine conditions in filters.
AND
All conditions must be met at the same time.
Example: Status = Manual and Total Deposit > 100.
Shows only users with Manual status and a deposit over $100.
OR
Any one of the conditions is enough.
Example: Tag = VIP or Total Deposit > 500.
Shows all VIP users plus everyone with a deposit over $500.
Saving Filters — My Filters
If you constantly use the same selection:
Set up the conditions
Click Save Filter
Enter a name.
The filter will appear in the My Filters section. You can now apply it with one click.
Important: My Filters are visible only to you. Other employees will not see them.
What You Can Do After Filtering
A filter is only the beginning. Once the selection is ready, you can:
Mass-edit users
Via Bulk actions — Edit Chats for a group of leads. For example: assign a manager; change the status; add a tag.
Launch a broadcast
Via Mailings. For example: send a promotion; remind users about a deposit; bring back “dormant” leads.
Export the user base
Via CSV Export — Exporting the Lead Database. Useful for analytics, reports, and transferring data to other systems.
Tips for working with filters
- Do not make filters too broad. For example, Status = Auto may display tens of thousands of leads — the table will become slower and less convenient to use.
- It is best to use an average of 2–4 conditions.
- Save frequently used selections — this saves the team time.
