The Billing tab in the Analyticsshows how much it costs to run a specific bot. All expenses are collected here: using the bot itself, AI model calls, AI Reply, AI Routing, and AI Recognition. This section helps you understand how much one chat costs, how the cost changes over time, and exactly where the budget is growing.
Main purpose
Control the cost of one chat. If expenses are growing but conversions are not improving, it means the AI or flow is configured inefficiently.

When to open this section
- at the end of the month — to view total spending
- after changing the AI model — to check whether the cost of one chat has increased
- after launching a new advertising campaign — to assess the impact of traffic on the budget
- when expenses increase sharply — to find the cause
- when comparing two bots — to understand which one is more cost-efficient
- before optimizing AI — to record the current cost per chat.
Main metrics
This month billing
Total spending for the current calendar month.
Includes:
- the cost of using the bot
- AI expenses.
This is the main metric for answering the question: “How much has already been spent this month?”
Average chat cost
The average cost of one active chat for the selected period.
Takes all related expenses into account:
- AI requests — processing messages generated by your AI.
This is the basic unit of efficiency. If Average chat cost = $0.05 and the bot handles 1,000 chats per day, the daily expense will be about $50.
Average new chat cost
The average cost of the first interaction with a new lead. Shows how much it costs on average to process a new contact — from the first message to the end of the initial conversation.
Important
Usually, Average new chat cost is higher than Average chat cost because on the first touch the bot performs qualification, asks more questions, and calls AI more often.
Charts
Usages statistics — expenses by day
Shows daily expenses broken down into two main categories: the base cost of using the bot and AI expenses.

What it helps you see:
- days with increased expenses
- the share of AI in the total budget
- anomalous spikes.
Average chat price by day — cost of one chat by day
Shows how the average cost of one chat changes day by day.
Used for:
- finding “expensive” days
- comparing periods
- assessing the impact of changes in AI and the flow.
If the cost is usually $0.05–0.07, but on a particular day it rose to $0.18, that is a reason to check the AI settings and scenario logic.
Selecting a period
The same periods are available as on the “Chats — conversation analytics” tab Chats — conversation analytics —
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
- 90 days
- custom range
Important
This month billing always shows spending for the current calendar month, regardless of the selected period. The period affects Average chat cost, Average new chat cost, and both charts.
Use cases
Monthly budget control
On the 1st: This month billing = $0. On the 15th: This month billing = $250. Monthly plan: $500.
The current pace is within budget.
If by the middle of the month spending is already $400, check: AI models. prompt size. possible loops in the flow.
Finding abnormal cost growth
Usually, Average chat cost is in the $0.05–0.07 range. On one day, the metric increased to $0.18.
What to do:
Filter chats with Error status.
Evaluating a new AI model
After changing the model: Average chat cost increased from $0.04 to $0.12. conversion to FD increased from 8% to 14%.
Calculation:
Scenario | Spend | FD | Cost per FD |
Old model | $40 | 80 | $1.00 |
New model | $120 | 140 | $0.86 |
Although the cost per chat increased, the final FD cost decreased. The more expensive model turned out to be more cost-effective.
Note
A high chat cost is not a problem in itself. What matters is the cost of the target result.

Data delay
Data may appear with a slight delay. If the costs for the current day seem incomplete, refresh the page later.
Billing shows aggregated metrics. This section does not provide a breakdown down to individual AI requests or specific messages.
