The Bot Settings → Custom Filters section is where saved filters for lead segmentation are created. These are pre-built combinations of conditions that select the required audience from the entire database.
After saving, the filter appears in Messengerand Users— the team opens the ready-made selection in one click, without manually configuring the conditions again.
For example:
- “VIP leads with no deposit”
- “All FD leads without an assigned manager”
The filter is saved once and then used by the entire team as a ready-made working segment.
When Custom Filters are needed
- the team regularly uses the same combinations of conditions
- several operators work with the bot, and everyone needs unified segments
- the workflow uses complex selections by tags, deposits, events, and traffic
- leads need to be separated by quality, activity, or funnel stage.
Typical scenarios:
- “FD leads from Facebook”
- “Has a deposit but no RD”
- “Leads with the Cold tag”

How to create a Custom Filter
1. Go to Bot Settings → Custom Filters
Open the section with the list of saved filters. All bot filters are displayed here. Actions are available for each filter: editing, deleting, and moving it to the required order.
2. Click Add New Filter
The condition builder will open.
3. Add conditions via Add Condition
Each condition is set in a separate row. Example:
Parameter | Operator | Value |
Tags | has any | VIP, FD |
Total Deposit | > | 50 |
4. Save the filter
After saving, the filter becomes available:
Available filtering parameters
The system supports several types of conditions.
Parameter | What it filters | Example |
Step | The user's current step in the flow | Step is "Welcome" |
Flow | Flow the user is in | Flow is "Main" |
Tags | Presence or absence of tags | Tag has any "VIP", "FD" |
Custom Field | Custom Field value | trader_id is 521313 |
Tracker Field | Tracker data | utm_source is facebook |
Status | Chat status | Status is "manual" |
Sale Stage | Sales funnel stage | Sale Stage is "FD" |
Events | Presence of an event | Event has any "Registration", "FD" |
Total Deposit | Total deposit amount | Total Deposit > 50 |
Created At | Chat creation date | Created before 12.05.2026 |
Tracker Field — filtering by Tracker data
The Tracker Field parameter is used to segment traffic based on data from Tracking — sending events externally.
This lets you work separately with leads:
- from Facebook
- from Google
- from Telegram
- from specific campaigns
- from a specific domain or landing page.
Typical fields:
Field | What it means |
Campaign | Campaign name |
Source | Traffic source |
Domain | The domain through which the lead arrived |
Landing | Landing page |
Click ID | Click identifier |
Important
Tracker Field works only when Tracker is connected. If the bot receives only organic traffic (for example, Telegram search), the tracker fields will be empty and filtering by them will not produce any results.
AND / OR inside a filter
Critical
Conditions within a single filter use AND logic — all conditions must be met at the same time. For example: Tag = VIP and Total Deposit > 100 — only leads that both have the VIP tag and a deposit greater than 100 will be included.
If you need OR logic (“any of the conditions”), use one of these methods:
Option 1 — multiple filters
Create separate filters for different scenarios. Suitable if the segments differ significantly.
Option 2 — the any operator
Some conditions support the any operator. Example: Tag any of VIP, Hot — the lead has VIP or Hot.
Where Custom Filters are used
Messenger
In Messengerthe filter is displayed in the sidebar. Clicking the filter immediately shows the required chat segment. In Messenger, operators can also create personal filters for their own workflow.
Note
Custom Filters in Bot Settings are shared by the entire team. All Space users can see them. Personal filters are created separately via Inbox Control in Messenger and are visible only to their author.
