The Columns button at the top of the table Usersallows you to configure which data is displayed in the user list.
By default, only standard fields are shown, but if needed, you can add:
  1. Custom fields — custom fields (created inside the bot: Bot Settings→ Custom Fields — custom fields).
  1. Tracker Fields — tracker fields from campaign and link parameters. Parameters are added via Tracker → Campaigns — advertising campaigns→ Parameters.

When to use

This speeds up working with a large number of users: you can control whether certain information is available for all the required clients at once, and also adjust the fields that will be included in the export.
For example:
  1. A Buyer wants to see specific parameters next to each lead (if you grant access).
  1. The team constantly works with various unique customer identifiers, their geo (locations), or budgets.
Instead of opening each chat, all the necessary information is displayed directly in the table.

What you can add to the table

Via Columns, you can enable different types of data.
Category
What is displayed
Where it is configured
Custom Fields
trader_id, country, budget, email, and any other custom fields that you create in advance
Bot Settings → Custom Fields
Tracker Field
Source (Tracker source), campaign name (Tracker Campaign), domain (Tracker Domain), landing page (Landing), and parameters from the ad link
Tracker → Campaigns → Parameters

How Columns works

After you click the Columns button, a panel opens with a list of available columns.
Each field is enabled with a separate toggle:
  1. turn on the toggle → the column appears in the table
  1. turn off the toggle → the column is hidden.
After configuring the columns, click Apply and Close — the changes are saved automatically.

Important: column settings are individual

Column configuration is saved separately for each employee. Your settings do not affect your colleagues. Settings are also saved separately for each bot.
For example:
  1. Buyer (traffic acquisition) can see Tracker Fields and deposits
  1. the sales department — unique identifier, geo, budget
  1. analyst — everything together: tags, steps, custom and tracker fields.
Everyone works in the same CRM, but each person sees the table configured for their own tasks.

When there are too many columns

If you enable a large number of columns, the table becomes wider than the screen and a horizontal scroll appears. This is normal, but it becomes less convenient to work with.
Recommended practice: keep 8–10 main columns; turn off rarely used columns when they are not needed; temporarily enable additional fields for a specific task.

Connection with CSV export

When exporting CSV, only the columns enabled in Columns are exported. If the required field is missing from the CSV file, most likely the corresponding column was disabled before export.
Before exporting, check:
  1. for buyer — Tracker Fields
  1. for analytics — all necessary Custom Fields.
