The Mailings section is the control center for all bot mailings. It shows active, scheduled, completed, and archived campaigns: their status, sending progress, response metrics, and available actions.
After a mailing is launched, this section becomes the main workspace: check how sending is going, how many leads have already received the message, whether there are Telegram errors, and whether you need to pause the campaign or repeat a successful mailing.

When to use the Mailings section
- check the progress of an active mailing
- make sure a scheduled campaign started correctly
- view the response rate for a past campaign
- stop an incorrect mailing using Pause
- duplicate a successful campaign using Duplicate
- find old mailings in the archive.
Mailing list
The main Mailings screen shows a table of all campaigns.
Field | What it shows |
Status | Current mailing status |
Name | Internal mailing name |
Include | Types of content included in the mailing |
Created by | Who created the mailing |
Start | Start time |
Created at | When the broadcast was created |
Progress | Number of sent messages |
Answer | Percentage of leads who replied to the broadcast |
Example values:
- Status → Active
- Name → Q2 May Forex Promo
- Include → Text + Media
- Progress → 342 / 1000
- Answer → 12%
Important
The Answer column is the main indicator of broadcast performance.
A high response rate usually means:
- a well-chosen audience segment
- a relevant offer
- the correct send time
- good message text.
A low Answer rate usually indicates a problem with segmentation or the offer wording.
Broadcast statuses
Status | What it means |
Preparing | The broadcast is being prepared for launch |
Scheduled | Waiting for the start time |
Active | Messages are being sent |
Pause | The broadcast is paused |
Completed | Sending is complete |
Archived | The broadcast has been moved to the archive |
Actions — broadcast actions
A set of actions is available for each campaign.
Action | What it does |
Users | Opens the list of broadcast leads |
Stats | Shows analytics |
Duplicate | Creates a copy of the broadcast |
Pause | Stops sending |
Archive | Moves the broadcast to the archive |
The availability of actions depends on the current broadcast status.
Users — recipient list
Action Users opens a table of users participating in the broadcast.
Inside, you can see:
- the lead’s name or username
- the message sending time
- the delivery status
- whether there is a reply
- a link to the chat.
This is used for targeted campaign refinement:
- find leads with no reply
- write manually in the chat
- check delivery errors
- make sure a specific user received the message.
Pause — stopping the broadcast
Pause stops further message sending.
Critical
Pause does not recall messages that have already been sent. If 200 messages out of 1,000 have been sent by the time you stop it, those 200 leads have already received the broadcast, and Telegram will not let you delete it or roll it back. Pause only affects the remaining sending queue.
When to use Pause
Typical reasons to stop:
- an error or typo in the text
- an incorrect link
- launching to the wrong segment
- user complaints
- a PEER_FLOOD error appears
- Delay is too aggressive.
After Pause, you can:
- continue via Resume
- review via Stats
- archive via Archive.
Stats — broadcast analytics
The Stats section shows the campaign results.
Key metrics:
- sent
- delivered
- not delivered
- number of replies
- Answer percentage
- Telegram errors
- reply trends over time.
Typical errors:
- PEER_FLOOD
- 403 Forbidden
- blocked by user
- caption is too long.
Answer-rate evaluation practices
Campaign type | Normal Answer |
Reactivation | 5–10% |
VIP segments | 15–30% |
Cold audience base | 1–3% |
Compare campaigns with each other within the same campaign type, not against abstract “average numbers”.
Duplicate — repeat a successful campaign
The Duplicate action creates a copy of an existing campaign.
The following are copied:
- messages
- Delay
- Schedule
- Uniquify settings
- audience.
After creating a copy, you can:
- change the text
- change the audience
- adjust the Schedule
- launch a repeat campaign.
This is the main way to quickly repeat successful campaigns without setting them up from scratch.
Archive — archiving
Archive moves the campaign to the archive and removes it from the main list.
The archive is used for:
- old completed campaigns
- outdated paused campaigns
- cleaning up the working list.
Important
Archive does not delete the campaign. After archiving, the following remain available: Stats, Users, message texts, and campaign results. Archived campaigns can be found using the Archived status filter.
Use cases
Monitoring an active campaign
After launch:
open Mailings
check Progress
look at Answer-rate
make sure there is no PEER_FLOOD.
Example: Progress → 240 / 1000. Answer → 12%.
This means the campaign is running steadily and the audience is responding well.
Stopping an incorrect mailing
After launch, you discover an incorrect link:
Open Mailings.
Find the campaign.
Click Pause.
Use Duplicate to create a corrected copy.
Change the link.
Launch the new campaign.
Repeating a successful offer
The previous mailing showed a high Answer-rate:
- use Duplicate
- update the text
- change the audience
- launch the rerun.
This is faster and safer than creating the campaign from scratch.
What to keep in mind
Main check — before Start
After sending: messages cannot be recalled. Telegram does not support rollback. Pause will stop only future sends.
Therefore, before launching, always check:
- segment
- links
- text
- Delay
- Schedule
- number of leads.
