After learning the mechanics from the article How Mass Broadcasts Work— the next step is to create the broadcast itself: select the audience, configure messages, delays, AI uniqueness, and launch.
After you click Start, the broadcast appears in Managing Broadcasts, where its status, progress, and analytics are displayed.
What to prepare in advance
- an audience segment through User filtering — 11 parameters.
- offer text or media
- an understanding of a safe Delay Between Messages
- the sending date and time, if Schedule Sending is used.
Step 1 — select an audience
Before launch, we recommend excluding users with the following statuses:
Status is not "Stopped"
AND Status is not "Finished"
AND Status is not "Blocked"After that, add the conditions for the segment itself:
- Tag has "VIP".
- Total Deposit > 50
- Last user message after 14 days ago
- and so on.
Important
If the filter is not configured, the broadcast may be sent to the entire user base, including Blocked and Stopped. This increases the number of failed deliveries and raises the risk of Telegram restrictions.
After filtering:
- select users with checkboxes
- click Create Mailing
- the mailing setup form opens.

Step 2 — Mailing Name
Mailing Name is the internal name of the mailing. Users do not see it.
We recommend using clear and structured names:
- Q2 May Forex Promo
- VIP without FD
- 2026-05-04 / Waiting dep
- Reactivation 30d
Tip: a good name helps you quickly find the mailing you need in Managing Broadcasts, especially if there are dozens or hundreds of campaigns in the system.

Step 3 — Messages
You can use up to two consecutive messages in one mailing.
Supported formats:
Format | Description | Limit |
Text | Text message | Up to 3000 characters |
Media | Image or video | Caption up to 1024 characters |
Document | PDF, DOC, ZIP, and other files | Up to 30 MB |
Video Note | Telegram video note | Up to 10 MB |
Voice | Voice message | Subject to Telegram limits |
Audio | Audio file | Subject to Telegram limits |
Common scenario: media with a short caption. A separate text message with the offer details. This makes the message look like a full promotional ad.
Tip: if the text is longer than 1024 characters, do not add it as a caption to an image or video. Use a separate text message.
Step 4 — Uniquify with AI
Uniquify with AI creates several variants of the same message with the same meaning but different wording. This reduces the risk of PEER_FLOOD during bulk sends.
Field | What it sets |
Prompt | Offer description for AI |
Answers Count | Number of text variants |
Example Prompt:
Promo: 50% bonus on the first deposit until the end of the month
Recommended Answers Count values:
- up to 100 leads — usually not required
- 100–1000 — 5–10 variants
- 1000+ — 10–20 variants.
Critical
For audiences of 500+ users, it is recommended to always use Uniquify with AI. Identical messages sent in large volumes significantly increase the risk of PEER_FLOOD.
Important
You cannot manually upload your own ready-made text variants. Variations are created only via AI Prompt.

Step 5 — Sending Options
The main setting is Delay Between Messages.
This is the delay between sending messages to different users.
Recommended values:
Audience size | Recommended Delay |
Up to 100 leads | 30 sec |
100–1000 | 60 sec |
1000–5000 | 90–120 sec |
5000+ | Split into batches |
Example with Delay = 60 sec:
- user #1 — immediately
- user #2 — after 60 sec
- user #3 — after 120 sec.
The broadcast is sent sequentially — this is normal behavior.
Important: a Delay that is too short increases the risk of PEER_FLOOD. Learn more — How Mass Broadcasts Work.

Step 6 — Schedule Sending
Schedule Sending lets you schedule the mailing launch for a specific time.
Useful if:
- the mailing needs to be sent in the morning but prepared in advance
- the launch is tied to an event or webinar
- the audience is in a different time zone.
Critical
Schedule Sending uses the bot's time zone, not the operator's local time. If the bot runs in UTC and the operator is in UTC+3, a launch set for 10:00 will happen at 13:00 in the operator's local time.
Step 7 — Review
Before Start, the final Review block is displayed.
The following are checked:
- Mailing Name
- audience size
- message types
- Uniquify with AI settings
- Delay Between Messages
- Schedule Sending
- approximate duration of the mailing.
Important
Review is the final checkpoint before launch. After Start, messages that have already been sent cannot be changed or recalled.
Especially important to check:
- number of users
- filter correctness
- typos in the text
- Delay for a large audience.

Step 8 — Start
After clicking Start:
- without Schedule Sending, the mailing starts immediately
- with Schedule Sending — waits until the specified time
- the mailing appears in Managing Broadcasts.
- progress and statistics start being displayed.
