Rights Matrix

Notes:
Buyer sees only their own campaigns and analytics in Tracker. They cannot see others.
Operator has no rights at the company level. Access appears only after being added to a Space with one of the 7 roles inside the Space — see Managing users and roles within a Space (separate hierarchy).
Admin — almost like Owner, but has no access to Spaces by default and cannot delete the Owner.
Details about each role
Owner
Company creator. Full access to everything: settings, billing, users, Spaces, Tracker. There is only one Owner. The Owner cannot be deleted via the interface.
Admin
Company administrator. Access to settings, users, billing, Tracker. No access to Spaces by default — granted separately. Cannot delete the Owner.
Suitable for a "technical admin" who manages infrastructure, not chats.
Operator
An employee who works with chats in the CRM. There are no rights at the company level — this is expected. Access appears after being added to a Space with a role within the Space.
One operator can be in several Spaces with different rights.
Buyer
Launches advertising campaigns. Access only to Tracker. Sees only their own campaigns and their own analytics.
Typical for media buyers: everyone sees their own results, not others' campaigns.
Buyer Team Lead
Buyer Team Lead: can view and edit team campaigns, and view general statistics.
